1. Acceptance

By using Astro Solutions you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Astro Solutions provides Vedic astrological calculations and AI-generated interpretations for educational and reflective purposes. Astrology is a traditional guidance system, not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychiatric advice. Decisions in any of these domains should be made with qualified human professionals.

3. Accuracy

We compute planetary positions with Swiss Ephemeris and apply classical rules from Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Muhurta Chintamani and related texts. Despite every effort, software has bugs, classical sources sometimes disagree, and AI interpretations can vary. We do not guarantee a specific outcome from any reading.

4. Permitted use

• Personal, non-commercial use is free.
• If you are an astrologer or pandit using the platform for client work, that is welcomed — please credit "Astro Solutions" if you publish screenshots or printouts.
• Automated scraping, bulk-download, or commercial resale of computed results without prior written permission is not allowed.

5. Payment, refund, cancellation

Astro Solutions is a digital-only service — no physical goods are shipped. All paid offerings (one-time reports and any subscription tier) are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Pricing is shown at checkout and requires explicit consent before any charge.

6. AI content

AI-generated interpretations are produced by a large language model with system prompts grounded in classical sources. Outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or culturally unusual phrasings. Treat the AI voice as one informed perspective, not as a final pronouncement.

7. Limitation of liability

Astro Solutions and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to decisions made in marriage, finance, health, travel, or career based on a reading. Use professional judgment and qualified advisors where appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The platform code, interface design, and original written content are property of Astro Solutions. Classical Sanskrit references and traditional rules belong to the public domain. You may screenshot your own readings for personal use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 14 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
