Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only the birth details you enter (name, date, time, place, latitude, longitude, timezone) and your text queries to the AI. We do not ask for email, phone number, address, payment details, or any government ID on the free product.

2. Where it lives

• Birth details and saved charts are stored only in your browser's local storage (on your device). They never leave your device unless you submit a query to our AI endpoint.
• AI queries (the chart summary you submit + your question) are sent to our server, which forwards them to a third-party language model provider for interpretation. Neither we nor the provider associate these queries with any personal identifier — they are processed and discarded.
• Server logs (request timestamp, endpoint, status code, anonymous IP) are retained for 14 days for abuse prevention, then deleted.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts on result pages.
• We do not share charts or queries with anyone.
• We do not train any model on your queries.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage (which is stored only on your device) to remember your language preference and optionally your saved charts. You can clear these any time via your browser's site-data controls.

5. Children

The platform is not directed at children under 13. If you submit birth details for a child (e.g. for Balagraha Dosha analysis), the same local-only storage rules apply — nothing about the child leaves your device unless you click an AI button.

6. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP)

Since we do not store your personal data on our servers, there is little to delete server-side. You have full control: clear your browser localStorage to delete every saved chart and preference. To request deletion of any anonymous server log entry that may relate to your IP, emailcontact.astrosolutions@gmail.com.

7. Changes

When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes. Material changes will be announced on the home page for at least 14 days.
