Refund & Cancellation Policy

Astro Solutions ("we", "our", "the platform") sells digital astrology services — Jathaka analysis, Muhurta selection, Prashna readings, Match Making reports and AI-prescribed parihara — together with optional subscription access. This policy describes when refunds are available and how cancellations work. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.
1. Nature of the product
All offerings on Astro Solutions are digital, non-physical services. There are no shipped goods. Once a calculation, AI interpretation, or PDF report is generated and delivered to you (on screen, by email, or by download), the service is treated as rendered for the purposes of consumer protection law.
2. One-time paid services
For one-time paid items (e.g. detailed Jathaka PDF, premium Muhurta search, full Match Making compatibility report):
- Before delivery — full 100% refund if the report has not yet been generated. Email us within 24 hours of payment with your order ID and we will reverse the charge.
- After delivery — once the report has been generated and delivered, refunds are not generally available because the digital content has already been consumed. Exceptions are listed under "Eligible refund cases" below.
3. Eligible refund cases
Even after delivery, we will issue a full refund in the following cases:
- Calculation error. A demonstrable factual error in the astrological calculation (wrong planetary position, wrong dasha, incorrect Lagna) that we are unable to fix within 7 days of being reported.
- Duplicate charge. The same order was charged twice on your card or UPI due to a payment-gateway retry — the duplicate is refunded automatically.
- Failed delivery. Payment was successful but no report was generated and the system did not auto-credit your account.
- Unauthorised charge. Reported to us within 48 hours and supported by relevant bank or card-issuer evidence.
AI interpretation phrasing, your personal disagreement with what the chart indicates, or a wish to "try a different reading" are not by themselves grounds for a refund.
4. Subscription cancellation
If a recurring subscription tier is offered and you have purchased one:
- You may cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to contact.astrosolutions@gmail.com.
- Cancellation stops the next billing cycle — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Pro-rated refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer law.
5. How to request a refund
Email us at contact.astrosolutions@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID or payment-gateway transaction reference
- Email or phone used at checkout
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the refund (calculation error, duplicate charge, etc.)
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days of approval. The amount typically reflects in your card or bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank and payment gateway. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend the related account until the dispute is resolved. Most issues are settled faster by writing to us directly.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will apply only to purchases made after the update date. Existing orders stay covered by the policy that was in effect at the time of payment.
